1. How do I pay my order ?

You can pay your order via : Visa Card, Master Card . If you have paypal, you can pay your order via Paypal . if you don't have either credit card and paypal, you can pay via Western Union, Please contact us to get more info about Western Union .

2. When will I receive my shoes ?

After you pay, please allow us to use 2 days to send your shoes. You will receive an email with your order confirmation number and your shipping tracking number with in 48 hours after you pay your order. With this tracking number you can track the progress of your order.

Shipping time usually takes about 8 - 13 working days.

3. How do I track my package ?

After you paid your order, you will receive the Tracking Number in 2 days. The tracking No. will be sent to the email that you wrote on our website when you ordered. 6. Will I be charged by tax?

It is not common for you to have to pay tax/duty when importing something into the country. Base on our experience and feedback of our client, 90% will not have to pay tax/duty. But tax/duty is something unavoidable and unpredictable, and we do not have control over it. We only can do our best to avoid paying tax/duty(e.g. fill "GIFT" on your parcel ; Let package is small, less than 5 pairs in one package .....) .

7. I can't find the shoes that I want to buy, can you help me to search them ?

Please send a picture of the shoe you are looking for to , our customer service personnel will search them in our market as best as we can.

8. Is your website secure to order from ?
